Black Jack Neo volume two just went on sale last week in the convinis. It was my first time seeing it. The series is far more graphic and "adult" than the original Tezuka work, and the art style is quite..interesting. ;; Though I love the Pinoco origin story in this one. The artist really enjoys bringing his own variations of other Tezuka figures (Sapphire, Tink, Sharaku, etc) into the stories.
While most of these are still based on Tezuka stories, they usually take a different angle than the originals.

I still say the originals are the best. But it's so fun seeing other Tezuka characters make their appearances, isn't it?

I'm curious to see if it's any good, but I really need to catch up on getting the original manga still... *poor*
Sucks that it's like double the price on ebay.
