Cause we needed a thread to vie with the 'stupid things' one ! And it could be a way to define Black Jack's ambiguity (hum..) 
'Naughty' can mean:
- behave badly, like: refuse to treat someone, be rude, hit or insult people, exert revenge (= kill)...
- or, even if it's kinda unusual, do sexually connoted things, or can-be-interpreted-in-a-licentious-way things...
So let's make a list!
Here's what I already quoted: (scans: see this thread)
- He plentifully insulted and hit a young criminal he was asked to treat - okay, the guy deserved it.
(Way To Die, #183)
- He implied he could have sex with a (female) patient while she's under the influence of anaesthesia in order to put her off an operation. (A Lie Lived, #236)
- He pretended to want to rape a (female) patient so as to prove that she suffers from hysteria
(Paroxysm, #20)
- He told a girl who could not afford an operation that she could 'pay in kind', 'with her body'.
She believes he want her to prostitute herself (and accepts) until the beginning of the operation, when he reveals he only wants some of her organs for transplantation... (The Second Person, #196)
