Dr. Kiriko without his eye-patch

I was on youtube the other say and saw an icon for an Astro Boy episode and thought it looked a lot like Dr. Kiriko's chin lol
So I clicked on it to see if he had an appearance in it and was i surprised to find out it was him (I mean just look at him)
and he was without his trademark eye-patch
